These terms cover Offer Generator inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and other AI apps, and this website. Offer Generator is a product of Kekka Marketing. Using Offer Generator or paying for a plan means you accept these terms.

What Offer Generator does

Offer Generator writes offer ideas based on what real customers complain about. They're suggestions you can use, change or ignore. You're responsible for the prices, promises and guarantees you give your customers. We don't guarantee bookings, sales or any other result.

Plans and billing

• Free gives you 3 free offers. Website sections, Instagram posts and Facebook ads come with a paid plan.
• One business is $4.99 a month per business. Each business you add is $2.99 a month on the same plan.
• Agency is $47.99 a month and covers every business we offer.
• Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• We don't usually give refunds. If something went seriously wrong, email support@offergenerator.tools and we'll look at it.

Fair use

• One business includes 40 requests a day and Agency 150 a day. The count starts again at midnight UTC.
• Using offers for your own business or your clients' businesses is fine. Reselling the tool's answers as your own product or database isn't.
• Don't share your sign-in, and don't use automated tools to pull content out of Offer Generator.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Connected services

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and other AI apps are run by their own companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Offer Generator isn't made, sponsored or endorsed by any of them. Payments are handled by a payment provider under its own terms.

Availability and liability

Offer Generator is provided as it is and as available. Features may change or stop. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date below, and big changes we tell you about by email. Questions go to support@offergenerator.tools. See also our Privacy page.
